The winery tour offers guests a glimpse into the history of Callaway Vineyard and Winery and an informative look at our present vineyard management practices as they view our demonstration vines up close. See the time honored techniques it takes to produce our handcrafted wines while visiting our crush pad, fermentation cellars and barrel room. All aspects of the winemaking process are discussed and our knowledgeable tour guides
are available to answer any questions you have about wine. Early arrival is suggested as the tour size is limited to 30 people to ensure an enjoyable experience by all. No reservations are required. Watch Tour

Cellar Tour & Tasting
Saturdays at 2pm
$30 per person; $27 Legacy Club

Take a behind-the-scenes look of our wine production facility and taste wines in the various stages of development on this exclusive Cellar Tour and Tasting.  Greeted
under our beautiful vine covered trellis, guests will be escorted to the crush pad, fermentation cellars and barrel room to learn about the winemaking process.  Tastes of wine will be drawn directly from the fermentation tanks or thieved straight from the barrels and current release wines will be poured from the bottle.  Come enjoy this new and unique way to tour and taste at Callaway.

Wine Tastings

Tastings Include 4-6 tastes (depends on the tasting option you choose)

Callaway Vineyard & Winery wines are only available at the winery and are offered for tasting and purchase in our Visitor’s Center Tasting Room. Guests are encouraged to select four or six (depends on the tasting option you choose) Special Selection or Winemaker’s Reserve wines to taste. Our Tasting Room representatives are available to answer questions and help suggest the wines that might be enjoyed the most by each individual guest!

Experience a fun and unique way to taste wine at Callaway!
Sample our Special Selection and Winemaker's Reserve wines from our enomatic wine stations. This is a revolutionary way to enjoy wine tasting in Temecula. Wine notes are available for you to review. Simply purchase a wine debit card in our gift shop, insert your card into the wine dispensing machine, choose the wine you would like to taste and sip away. Repeat until your debit card is empty. It's fun & easy!

Callaway Experience Private Tour & Wine Tasting
If you are looking for a private, in-depth tour and wine tasting for your next business or social gathering, then the Callaway Experience Private Tour & Wine Tasting is the perfect choice for your visit. Get up close and personal as you join one of our expert guides for this exceptional tour and tasting experience. Following a private "behind the scenes" tour, guests are invited to sit, sip and savor select wines in the comfort of our Chardonnay Room. Wine tasting techniques are discussed, and tasting notes are provided. The Callaway Experience walks guests through an in-depth tasting of six winery selected wines. This program provides the perfect opportunity to ask specific questions about the different aspects of winemaking, styles of wine and to review wines in an intimate location.


Reservations
The Callaway Experience Private Tour and Wine Tasting is offered seven days a week (based on availability). Reservations are required with a minimum of 10 guests.
