Tasting Profile

This rich and structured Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of ripe blackberries, cassis, and dark cherries, layered with notes of cedar, vanilla, and baking spices. On the palate, bold flavors of black currant, plum, and dark chocolate are complemented by hints of espresso, toasted oak, and subtle earthiness. The firm tannins and well-integrated acidity create a smooth, lingering finish, leaving an impression of depth and sophistication.

100% of the fruit was hand picked from the Monte de Oro vineyard. Harvested at 24.2 brix, Bordeaux clone #8. One specific Saint Emilion, France yeast was selected for permium quality. Hand picked six barrels for individual expression.
